It bumps my Sport EXP dumbbells from 50 to 70 lbs, giving me more room to progress. The weight changes are still smooth with the selector pin, though at 70 lbs the dumbbell gets a bit long. My only caution is that you absolutely need the Stage 1 base first; otherwise, this kit is useless. If you have the base and want to go heavier, this open-box deal is fantastic.
